Hitaru NPC bug

ID: NPC Name: Hitaru
Map ID: 42 x:5 y:7
What was wrong: If I click Hitaru, nothing shows up (No message that asks me for a quest, and I know it is a quest because after the Swamp quest there is a message that says speak to him.. hopefully it's just me, but I just cant click him! Well I can but nothing shows up.

Its not just you its everyone xD i don't think the quest is written yet or the npc hasn't been assigned the quest script yet

The quest was written but there was an error which gave players admin armor as a reward so I temp disabled the quest. It's on my to-do list.
